Employment Practices and Labor

The area of employment law is a constantly changing field, with new legal interpretations and legislation arising frequently. It can be a struggle for employers to stay on top of all of the developments relating to their workforce. We view ourselves as our clients' business partner and take responsibility to understand our clients' businesses, their needs, and their priorities, so that we provide practical, individually tailored advice to reach the clients' goals. The attorneys at Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman have extensive experience both counseling employers as to compliance with the myriad of employment-related laws and representing employers in litigation and administrative proceedings arising out of the employment relationship.
