Biography:

Jasmin Johnson is a paralegal at Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC. She assists with all aspects of the firm's real estate and corporate law practice. Her main course of work focuses on commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, land use, real estate disputes that result in litigation and entity formations and dissolutions. Her duties also include preparation of purchase agreements and related real estate conveyance documents, due diligence review, and organization and assistance with seamless transaction closings.

Jasmin has over ten years experience as a paralegal. Prior to joining Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC, she was employed for four years at a boutique Center City law firm and real estate brokerage, Toppin Law, P.C. As Jasmin's career blossomed at Toppin Law, so did her expertise in real estate law. She became a go-to resource within the firm for matters related to property sales, acquisitions, zoning regulations, contract negotiations and decedents estate matters.

Prior thereto, Jasmin worked many years as a litigation paralegal at a prestigious trial law firm in Philadelphia, Tucker Law Group, LLC. In this paralegal role, Jasmin focused on complex civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, general liability defense, police excessive force and civil rights matters.

Jasmin received her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Determined to excel in the real estate field, Jasmin pursued further education and licensing at Temple's Real Estate Institute.

As the real estate industry evolved, Jasmin embraced technology and sought innovative solutions to streamline her work.
